Three Die After Untreatable 'Superbug' Fungus Infections in Two Different Cities (go.com)

Note: I have CFS/M.E. I have told doctors that regular Candida yeast (Albicans) is able to get into the bloodstream, but they always pooh-poohed this. How could I know something that they did not?! They had heard that the book, "The Yeast Connection," had been maligned, and they equate yeast with a female gynecological problem, so they were not about to open their minds. But, once yeast gets into the blood, it not only provokes IL and cytokines, which are toxic to the brain, they also excrete toxins like alcohol and vinegar. (See Candidiasis). It is actually known that yeast do get into the blood and cause serious problems. (See Fungemia). So, why can't anyone come around to understanding that yeast also plays some part in CFS?!

When an even more toxic form of yeast - Candida Auris - becomes a superbug, that spells real trouble.
